We offer flights into Aspen airport with a one plane change en route and most of our hotels in Snowmass offer complimentary transfers from/to Aspen airport - or you can also fly non-stop to Denver from London and self-drive or book a private SUV transfer.

Beginners
Snowmass is a top destination for beginners, offering some of the best learning terrain in North America. The resort features wide, gentle green runs and dedicated beginner areas, especially in Elk Camp and around Fanny Hill and Assay Hill. Magic carpets, Snowmass’s excellent Ski & Snowboard School, and progressive terrain allow new skiers to build confidence in a safe, supportive environment. As skills grow, beginners can explore green runs all over the mountain—rare for a resort of this size.
Intermediates
Intermediates enjoy more than half of Snowmass’s 3,300+ acres, with an abundance of well-groomed blue runs, rolling slopes, and beautiful tree-lined glades. The Big Burn, Alpine Springs, and Elk Camp areas stand out for their variety and long, cruising descents. Iconic runs like Sneaky’s, Dallas Freeway, Green Cabin, and the five-mile Long Shot keep intermediates entertained all week.
Advanced/Expert
Advanced skiers and riders can tackle challenging steeps, moguls, cliffs, and expert tree runs. Highlights include Hanging Valley Wall, The Cirque (12,510ft with open powder bowls and cliff bands), Powerline Glades, Rock Island, and Burnt Mountain Glades. These areas deliver big vertical drops, off-piste adventure, and deep powder, making Snowmass a true expert’s playground within an accessible resort setting.

Snowmass is the perfect mountain for families and groups, as 95% of its lodging is ski-in ski-out. The Treehouse Kids’ Adventure Center mixes indoor and on-snow play for youngsters, and entire families can enjoy the evening activities mid-mountain at Elk Camp, including the new alpine coaster.
