Pickup location
< HIDEAll Epic Season Pass products will be mailed to clients in advance if clients complete their online Profile on receipt of confirmation numbers.
Otherwise, they can be collected in resort at the Season Pass office so long as it is owned by Vail Resorts.
EXCEPTION
Renewed passes where clients have ordered exactly the same type of pass used last season only e.g. renewing an Epic Pass OR Summit Value Pass again, will not be mailed and the guests should use their existing hard card media.
START DATE
Season passes don't have a specific start date so you can ignore the start date on your voucher.
Otherwise, they can be collected in resort at the Season Pass office so long as it is owned by Vail Resorts.
